Inventory for Life

We believe landlords shouldn't have to pay twice. If there's already a comprehensive, professional inventory in place - even if we didn't write it - we won't charge to recreate it from scratch. We'll simply update it at check-in.

Flexible Appointments, Fast Turnaround

Last-minute and out-of-hours bookings? No problem. We offer flexible scheduling, including weekends, and deliver prompt feedback after inspections so you can act quickly on any urgent issues.

Comprehensive, Image-Rich Reports

Our reports provide a true 360-degree view of the property, backed by extensive photo evidence. Using Inventory Base software, every report is clear, consistent and easy to share.

More Than Just a Key Handover

At check-in, we offer a high-standard tenant welcome experience. We walk tenants through the property, explain key systems, answer questions and offer helpful guidance - like how to avoid mould or protect their deposit. It's professional, friendly and focused on making move-ins smooth.

Full Compliance Checks

At check-in and check-out, we test smoke, heat and carbon monoxide alarms and check furniture for fire safety labels. We carry replacement units and can fit them on the spot (additional charge) to ensure the property is safe and compliant.

Working With Other Reports

Switching clerks or your regular clerk unavailable? We're happy to conduct check-outs or mid-tenancy inspections using existing professional inventories. Our priority is consistency and fairness.

Deposit Clarity

We include a detailed cleaning and maintenance summary, supported by photo evidence, to help reduce disputes and ensure transparent deposit handling for everyone.
